Ahoy, adventurers! 🌟 By placing an order with One Friday, you’re embarking on an exciting journey with us. Here’s everything you need to know about your adventure with us:

General Info: We’re all about making sure your new gear arrives on time and ready for fun! While we aim to keep our stock levels accurate, sometimes the winds of inventory change unexpectedly. If there’s any hiccup in your order, don’t worry! We’ll ship what we can and keep you updated on the rest of your adventure.

Delivery Charges:

  • For orders within India:
    • Orders over ₹799: Free Shipping! 🎉
    • Orders under ₹799: ₹50
    • COD Orders (Any value): ₹50 Delivery charges may change, but we’ll always keep you in the loop!

Delivery Estimate: You can expect your goodies to arrive in 3–7 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays. We’ll send you tracking info once your order is on its way, but just like any great adventure, there may be bumps along the way (like weather, mishaps, or a missing pirate ship!). If something unexpected happens, don’t hesitate to contact us at care@onefridayworld.com, and we’ll help you navigate.

Order Cancellations/Modifications: Once your order is on its way, it’s like setting sail—you can’t turn back! We can’t accommodate cancellations or modifications once it’s shipped, but if you need to cancel, a small cancellation fee might apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages: Oh no, a bumpy ride? If your package looks damaged or tampered with, we’ll need you to make an unpacking video and email us at care@onefridayworld.com with photos. We’ll jump into action to help fix it as fast as we can!

Please note: Claims for damaged items need to be reported with an unpacking video within 48 hours of delivery.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But You Haven’t Received It: Sometimes the adventure takes a mysterious turn! If tracking says it’s been delivered but you haven’t received it, we’ll work with our delivery partners to get proof of delivery. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and appreciate your patience!

 

Return/Exchange Policy

We know that sometimes even the most daring adventurers change their minds. If you need to exchange or return your gear, we’re here to help! You have 7 days from delivery to make your request.

Please Note: Each order is eligible for only one exchange or return request, and only for returnable products.

Important: No refunds on sale or discounted products. Refunds are available only for products purchased at MRP.

Exchange Eligibility: You can request an exchange if:

  • The size doesn't fit your little explorer.
  • You received an incorrect or incomplete order (we’ll need an unpacking video for this one!).
  • The product is defective or damaged (please send us photos!).
  • There’s a quality issue.
  • You simply don’t love it.

For exchanges, you can choose a different size, color (if available), or any other item of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, we’ll just ask you to pay the difference.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items should be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
  • We can’t accept requests for returns or exchanges outside the 7-day window.

Refund (Gift Card) Processing: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them within 1–2 business days. After that, we’ll process your refund as a Gift Card within 24 business hours.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items: Some items are simply too special to return:

  • Gift Cards.
  • Orders past the return/exchange window.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of sale.
  • Items with damage or stains not previously communicated.
  • Products with deterioration, rips, or fading caused by neglecting care instructions.

Refund Policy: We want to make returns as smooth as a sailing adventure! We offer refunds only on products sold at MRP, while for discounted items, we’ll issue a Gift Card for the product’s value. Once returned, your Gift Card will be emailed to you.
