Return Policy

How to make a request for a return?

We are happy to accept and exchange of any item(s) purchased on our website within 7 (seven) days respectively from the date the order has been delivered to you provided they are in a resealable and unused condition, accompanied with the original tags and receipts. You can raise a request for a return/exchange directly on our website.

*Please Note: We do not entertain refund on sale items. Exchange can be accepted.*

If you want to return/exchange an item please go to the ‘My Account’ section on the website where you can track all your previous orders. You can select the order/product for which you would like to generate a return/exchange.

Products purchased in Black Friday, Cyber Monday or End Of Season Sale can be only exchanged with the same or different product. No returns and refunds are acceptable.

Once we have received your request and our team has authorized the return for the order/product item(s), we will arrange for a collection of the product from our end.

After we receive the product(s) back at our treasure chest, the product will go through a quality check.

Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we shall send you an email regarding the same and your request for a refund/exchange shall be taken forward accordingly.

Customers shall not be entitled for an exchange or refund for the following products:

1) Masks, Socks, Stockings, Accessories.
2) Used, washed or laundered products.
3) Products without price tags and original packing.
4) Final sale.
5) Information provided beyond the 7 days’ time period.

Please note -

For an exchange/return the product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also, the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your request.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions it could take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive the product back at our treasure chest.

A product bought from the New Arrivals section can only be exchanged once.

Products sold under the sale section shall not be eligible for a return/ exchange.

For reasons of hygiene all products under the accessory section including underwear, swimwear, pierced earrings, socks etc. are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Fabric face masks cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return shipment at our treasure chest, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the same. On receipt of the shipment the products will go through a quality check at our treasure chest and once it has passed the quality check, we shall process your request for a refund/exchange. You shall be notified over email regarding the same.
In case of a refund request, we will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 15 (fifteen) business days after receiving your return as below:

Card: If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.

Cash on delivery: Bank details will be taken during the refund process. You could drop us a mail with your bank account details on care@onefridayworld.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9311858500. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. One Friday will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Please note even if you had opted for a Cash on delivery for your order, the refund will be provided through a bank transfer only.

When will I receive my refund?

An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed or if the order has not been dispatched from our treasure chest, whichever is later. Please email us at care@onefridayworld.com or call us/ WhatsApp on +91-9311858500 to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

In the event a Cash on delivery order is rejected upon delivery, we will not be able to offer you a Cash on delivery service on subsequent orders in the future. Please note we do not charge a shipping fee, and in the event a Cash on delivery order is rejected the costs are borne by us. Therefore, we humbly request you not to reject a Cash of delivery order unless there is an unavoidable reason.
