Return & Exchange Policy

At One Friday, every outfit is part of a magical journey — whether it’s a twirl-worthy party dress or a pair of shoes for dashing through the park. But if something you ordered doesn’t quite fit your little explorer’s story, worry not! We’re here to make your return or exchange feel as smooth as a fairy-tale ending.
How Returns & Exchanges Work in Our Little World:
ou may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Kindly ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact, just as you received it.
· A gentle reminder: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
o Masks, socks, stockings, and accessories
o Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without original tags
o Items purchased during End of Season Sale (EOSS), Black Friday, and Cyber Monday promotions are eligible for exchange only.
o Footwear purchased on sale can also be exchanged, but not returned.
To begin your return quest, simply visit My Account, choose the order, and follow the enchanted steps.
What Happens Next
1. Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup from your address.
2. After the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a standard quality check.
3. If everything is in order, we’ll promptly process your refund, gift card or exchange within 24-48 hours.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Products purchased in a sale are not eligible for a refund. Instead, we will issue a Gift Card with a one-year validity. This does not include products purchased in EOSS, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
Important: Kindly double-check your bank account information before submitting. In the rare case of incorrect details or a returned cheque, a reconciliation fee of ₹250 may be deducted from your refund.
Once the refund is processed, your bank may take up to 10 business days to credit the amount in your account.

Change of plans? We completely understand. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — or before it’s shipped.
